


MEET YOUR TRAINER:
Shannon Richard became a personal trainer after graduating with a BS in Public Health and concentration in clinical research from UNCW. As a coach, Shannon strives to not only help her clients reach their physical goals, but also facilitate mindset shifts and lifestyle changes that lead to sustainable progress and results. With her experience in public health, her own story with eating disordered like behavior, mental health issues, and embarking on her own fitness transformation, Shannon provides a unique insight and beacon of support for those embarking on their own health and fitness goals.
Currently, Shannon is pursuing her nutritional coaching certification through NASM and starting in August of 2024 she will be embarking on her Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification through the NSCA.
